This innovative device transforms the way ovens can be utilized for Shabbos and Yom Tov, In ways and with a level of convenience previously unattainable All rigorously tested and certified kosher in accordance with the highest halacha standards.

The Shabbos Keeper for Ovens is an easy-to-install device that automatically sets your compatible Free-Standing or Slide-In, gas or electric range to Shabbos Mode each week and sets it back to the weekday mode after Shabbos and Yom Tov.

Each week and before every Yom Tov, Shabbos Keeper for Ovens will automatically prompt you to accept Shabbos or early Shabbos. After accepting, simply continue to cook as normal until Shabbos or Yom Tov arrives and watch as the oven automatically switches into Shabbos mode at the correct time. Also switches between Shabbos and Yom Tov when applicable. When Shabbos and Yom Tov coincide, Shabbos mode will always override.

The Shabbos Keeper for Ovens uses two separate modes for Shabbos and Yom Tov. On Shabbos, the oven will go into an automatic warm mode. On Yom Tov the oven will automatically cycle between warm and bake schedules so you can fresh cook your Yom Tov meals. Also, it effectively disables all sensors, alerts, lights, buttons and safety shut off features.

Open the oven door at anytime

Access the oven door freely at any moment. This unprecedented capability, previously unavailable in GE ovens, is particularly significant during Shabbos and Yom Tov, where the oven door can be opened even while the oven is in operation. Zman Technologies has meticulously developed a distinctive approach, adhering to stringent halachic guidelines, enabling seamless opening and closing of the door without interrupting heating or other functions. Rest assured, our method has been thoroughly tested and is 100% kosher certified.

Fully Automated

Every week and prior to each Yom Tov, the Shabbos Keeper for the Oven will automatically prompt you to confirm Shabbos or early Shabbos to be set. Once confirmed, continue cooking as usual until Shabbos or Yom Tov begins, and observe as the oven seamlessly transitions into Shabbos mode at the candle lighting. Additionally, it seamlessly switches between Shabbos and Yom Tov modes as needed. In cases where Shabbos and Yom Tov coincide, Shabbos mode will consistently take precedence.

Warm temperatures for Shabbos Cooking and warm temperatures for Yom Tov

The Shabbos Keeper has 2 modes for Shabbos and Yom Tov. During Shabbos, the oven will enter an automatic warm Temperature. The warm mode is set at around 200 degrees Fahrenheit, varying from oven to oven. On Yom Tov, it will seamlessly alternate between warm and bake schedules. Cooking temperature is set at a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing you to prepare fresh Yom Tov meals effortlessly.
