The Regal Pellet 500 PRO features a robust 2mm / 14 gauge steel body, offering a generous 625 sq. in primary cooking surface and a 240 sq. in stainless steel secondary cooking area, complemented by heavy-duty 9mm stainless steel cooking grids. Its Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-enabled digital interface allows for precise temperature control, making it ideal for smoking, roasting, or searing. This versatile grill includes a powerful auger, a 22 lb capacity pellet hopper, a removable drip tray, two electronic meat probes, a stainless steel rotisserie kit, and the patented Roto-Draft™ damper system, along with a fuel sensor, fold-down front shelf, and locking casters.
